DarkLight sells its products to empower you. When we sell we do not constrain you in the way that you operate or market your LaserTag Centre. Whilst we can supply you with everything that you need, there is no obligation on your part to take it all on and embrace our brand. All our products are designed to be as adaptable and flexible as possible... as is our philosophy. For example - we pride ourselves on our arena designs being designed to optimise any space or shape using any theme; that it is possible to play any game on our equipment; that our game can be loved by players of all ages and abilities.

We do not franchise. Although most of our customers subscribe to one of our support packages these are optional so there are no mandatory periodical fees in the form of franchise fees, licence fees or advertising levy. Whilst we try to supply as much advice and information about setting up and operating as we can there are no rules to follow or reports to submit. It means freedom to earn your money how you want - and keep it.

We sell you the equipment in a package. You are free to run the business in your way, market it how you want, name it yourself and run it exactly how it suits you. We provide the platform for you to realise a vision. There can be few occupations where you can blend your business with your imagination to the extent that you can with laser tag, and it is much more exciting for your customers to come to your laser tag facility and be surprised and "wow-ed" by a unique, exciting experience, not a formulaic, predictable, same-as-all-the-ones-I've-visited-before centre. Every one of our customers around the world operates DarkLight products in their own way - we are all learning from each other.
